I have always wondered about the fondant that I see them using on Ace of Cakes. It looks so super smooth and porcelain like. I have also been concerned though, when they show them crafting a cake that takes them a week. What cake, or frosting for that matter, that has been sitting out for a week being sculpted would taste good? Turns out, they don’t.

We did have fun making these though. You just had to make sure to remove the frosting before eating the super yummy cupcake 🙂
